Swarovski Brand Control Agreement

You cannot buy Swarovski crystals directly from Swarovski. Only a small number of authorized distributors can sell these crystals, and we're pleased to be one of them.

Even after purchasing through us, you still cannot use the Swarovski brand name in your marketing or product descriptions. However, you will receive the crystals in their original Swarovski packaging, ensuring you get genuine products.

Who Can Purchase Swarovski Crystals?

To buy Swarovski crystals, you must be:

  • A business that makes finished products (leotards, jewellery, designer products, nail art, etc)

  • A company with your own brand

  • Someone who won't resell the loose crystals

We cannot sell to individual customers or businesses that want to resell the crystals.

How to Apply for Authorization

If you are a new applicant:

  1. Complete our application form below

  2. Our team will review your business details

  3. If eligible, we'll forward your information to Swarovski

  4. Swarovski will contact you directly about the BCA

  5. Upon approval, you'll receive a Global Sourcing Key (GSK)

  6. Provide your GSK to evoli to begin purchasing

If you already have a GSK:

If you have already signed a Brand Control Agreement with Swarovski and have a GSK Number through another supplier, simply contact us to register your GSK with evoli.

If you use genuine Swarovski crystals in your products, you may qualify for the Ingredient Branding program. This program is only for businesses that:

  • Use 100% authentic Swarovski crystals in your own branded products

  • Don't resell Swarovski products directly

Through this program, you can add value to your products by connecting with Swarovski's quality reputation while following their branding rules. Qualified businesses can use the official "Crystals by Swarovski®" logo and tag alongside your own brand logo.
